Who's most likely to quit your accounting firm?

A new survey found it's probably a middle manager with 6-10 years experience who works in audit, has no work from home flexibility, and gets zero support with difficult clients.

Job satisfaction follows a "smile curve" where interns are happy to be there and partners are satisfied, but it dips way down for managers and seniors in the middle.
