Shopify has released Responsive Checkout, which means that checkout pages are now optimized for mobile, and also scale up to look great on tablets and desktops. There's no need for a separate mobile site. 

With more and more online shoppers completing purchases on mobile devices, upgrading to a responsive design is a must for all e-commerce sellers.
